1. Get up early in the morning

One should make it a habit to sleep at night on time and wake up early in the morning. This habit will help in keeping you healthy the future. Waking up early in the morning requires a greater amount of discipline.

2. Do not ignore health problems

If you are allergic to any food item, you should avoid eating it. It is a common observation that women are not able to digest milk and curd.  If you have lactose intolerance, you should avoid milk and curd in your diet. If you do not give importance to your health, then weak immunity will cause problems.

3. Exercise daily

4. Having fat does not mean being obese:

The body also needs healthy fat. So the bones and muscles do not get stiff. For example, the mono-unsaturated fat found in avocado and healthy fat found in dry fruits are good for health.
