Gucci Launches Stained Jeans for USD 1200; Gets Trolled

The world-famous luxury brand Gucci has been in the news recently. This was after they launched denim jeans with fake grass spots on it.

The Italian fashion brand launched these strange jeans in their fall-winter 2020 men’s collection. The price of these fake grass spots jeans will surprise you. According to the website, the cost of these jeans is between USD 1200 -1400.

The jeans are available on Gucci’s website under the name “Light Blue Eco Wash Organic Denim with Stain Effect”. The brand designed the jeans keeping in mind the environment and ecosystem. And that is why fake grass spots have been made on the jeans. Organic cotton has been used to show the marks.

The Gucci jeans have created a stir in the fashion industry as well. Few people like the idea, although most people just wonder why anyone would waste so much money on a pair of jeans that don’t look new at all.

However, this is not the first time that Gucci has launched something so strange. Earlier Gucci was in the news for a pair of shoes.

Last year Gucci launched a pair of dirty shoes called Men’s Screener leather sneaker. The price of these shoes was USD 870. Images of the shoes were going viral on social media. People said it seems like someone has worked in fields wearing the boots for six months.
