three cups of roasted oats, 
one mashed banana,

cinnamon,
cocoa powder,
one teaspoon dark chocolate chips
Coconut oil,
one spoon Chia seeds,
Pumpkin seeds,
Salt,
Vanilla essence.

Recipe: Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips and banana in a big pot. Keep them aside. Put butter paper on a baking tray and spread the batter on it. Leave it to be baked for 30 minutes. Check it after half an hour.
